Serenity Springs Wildlife Center to Hold 3^rd Annual “Support Your Local Cat House” Motorcycle Rally on Saturday, June 13^th, 2009

 CALHAN, CO, April 23, 2009.  Serenity Springs Wildlife Center is now planning our 3^rd Annual “Support Your Local Cat House” Motorcycle Rally.  The event will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2009, with camping at the facility all weekend.  The event will kick off at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning with a welcome breakfast.  There will be live bands, food, beer, vendors all day Saturday and tours of the sanctuary until 4:30 p.m.  There will be additional events including a Tattoo Contest, Old School Bike Rodeo events, a Ride In Bike Show, and Auctions all day.  The weekend wraps up with a farewell pancake breakfast Sunday morning.

 The Rally creates critical financial assistance in providing food and shelter to approximately 150 lions, tigers, leopards, cougars, and other non-domestic felines and wildlife that call our facility home.  Founded in 1993, Serenity Springs Wildlife Center has become Colorado's premiere big cat facility. We are proud to be the only facility in the state, including government funded zoological parks, to qualify for and be granted, a State of Colorado Zoological License.

Last year we had riders from as far away as Texas, eastern Kansas, and Montana.  This year is shaping up to be our biggest and best Rally ever!
